Understanding ZAP Customer Satisfaction and Preference

This survey focus on the existing ZAP subscribed customer to understand their satisfaction and preference towards ZAP option rather than purchasing through traditional buying and EMI option. This survey is useful to the marketing team of ZAP to understand from the customer perspective which gives input on both positive and negative aspect. It is also helpful to retain the customer by increasing their satisfaction and convenient level in the ZAP Subscription. It provides me a great opportunity to relate theoretical concepts learnt in my course to the actual happenings with the product.
