ENHANCING CREATIVITY AMONG MIDDLE MANAGERS IN MANUFACTURING MNC: THE ROLE OF HPWS AND SELF-LEADERSHIP

I am a MBA candidate at the Open University Malaysia (OUM) undertaking research on the above topic. My study intends to examine the role of HPWS and self-leadership in enhancing creativity among middle managers in manufacturing MNC.

For my data collection, a survey will be conducted among middle managers in manufacturing MNC. I would like to invite you to participate in this survey.
