ENHANCING CREATIVITY AMONG MIDDLE MANAGERS IN MANUFACTURING MNC: THE ROLE OF HPWS AND SELF-LEADERSHIP

I am a MBA candidate at the Open University Malaysia (OUM) undertaking research on the above topic. My study intends to examine the role of HPWS and self-leadership in enhancing creativity among middle managers in manufacturing MNC.

For my data collection, a survey will be conducted among middle managers in manufacturing MNC. I would like to invite you to participate in this survey. I would be grateful if you could spare at most 10 minutes to fill in the questionnaire since successful completion of this study is largely dependent upon obtaining an adequate and representative sample.
