Greetings! We are 3rd Year Medical Technology students from Centro Escolar University, and we are currently conducting an undergraduate research as a requirement for our undergraduate degree.
If you agree to be a participant in this study, you are expected to provide the necessary information needed and stipulated in the questionnaire. You are given the liberty to answer it to the best of your knowledge, and the researchers guarantee that all details you have provided shall be treated with confidentiality and utmost respect.
This questionnaire aims to collect the perceptions of MedTech professionals regarding CPD Law. It contains series of questions that will determine your stand and your prior knowledge on the said law. This questionnaire is under the study titled "Perceptions of Medical Technology Professionals on the CPD Law". With the ongoing situation of the health care system of the country and the challenges the pandemic brought to this field, perceptions are expected to vary, thus, the inclination of the researchers to analyze the responses that shall be acquired in this platform.
Your participation in this study is purely voluntary. You do not have to take part in this research if you do not wish to do so, may withdraw anytime without loss of benefit and penalty, and choosing to participate will not affect your job or job-related evaluations in any way.
All information collected will be encoded and shall be treated with utmost confidentiality. The identity of the participant will also remain confidential in the event the study results are published. The researchers assure the participants that they shall only be the ones who shall have access to your responses.
