調查說明 Survey Description:

為了朝向 Route 2025 的目標前進,成為最好的員工與最佳的雇主,同時結合FS WAY 中以客為尊的企業文化。除了年度的員工滿意度調查之外,公司也另外提供一個溝通的管道,期望可以從不同部門的反饋中,了解自己部門的可以改善的地方,進而提供更完善的服務,創造以客為尊的環境,因此實施內部客戶滿意度調查。

In order to toward the goals of Route 2025, we will be the best employees and the best employers and also combine the FS WAY customer-based culture, we not only provide the annual employee satisfaction survey but also provides another way of communication. We expect from the feedback of different departments, we can realize where our department can improve, and also can provide better services and create customer-oriented services.  Therefore implements an internal customer satisfaction survey.

內部客戶滿意度調查未來將會陸續在各部門實施,請各位同仁在回答問題時,綜合以下6個面向來思考與衡量,並依序回答相關問題

The Internal Customer Satisfaction Survey will be implemented in various departments in the future. When you orderly answering the questions consider and measure the following six aspects :

1. 可達性   (Reachability)                                                            

2. 遵守承諾 (Keeping of promises)

3. 工作效率 (Working speed)

4. 友善程度 (Friendliness)

5. 工作熱誠 (Dedication)

6. 專業度   (Expertise)
