In our initial survey, owners and residents were happy with the cleaning of the public spaces in CS. Alongside this, owners commented that the annual management charge is high. The CS committee would like to explore owners' feelings on cleaning as this is about 27% of our expenditure. The cost per flat per week is about £12 per week.
