Only under subpoena (required by law) will we ever release data that was not requested to be shared. If we would like to feature your survey in our homepage, you'll be asked beforehand.

We will not, under any circumstances, use these email addresses for any purpose other than your direction. Note that you are prohibited from sending your surveys to people under the age of 13.
When you start a campaign to distribute your survey and gain responses, you can decide whether it will be searchable on our website. A searchable survey means that people can find it through search or the links on our website. You have the option to make it non-searchable when publishing your campaign. If your survey is searchable and people find it, whether they can take it or view its results depends on the conditions you set in your campaign's restrictions and share requirements. If your survey asks for confidential business information or sensitive personal data such as names, phone numbers, or addresses, please make your survey non-searchable to protect the privacy of your business and that of your participants. Further, you can choose "Never" for "Whether and When to Share" in your campaign's share requirements to completely prevent any other people from accessing your results.
If you track which response came from which email address, individual access code, or username, you are required to truthfully tell your participants about how you are tracking their responses if you are contacted by survey participants about privacy. If we notice that your survey collects sensitive personal data and it is searchable with sensitive data accessible to the public, we will either make your survey non-searchable or completely prevent other people from access to your results without notifying you. Please note that people can still take your survey and as a survey creator, you still have full access to your results once you sign in.
You don't have to worry about AllCounted selling or sharing your responses with a third party or any other company. We will not sell your response information to any outside company or individual.
The survey creators control the surveys on our website. We serve only as a service provider by providing a web platform and services to allow them to gain responses. AllCounted is not responsible for the content of any survey or your responses to it.
