)The difficulties faced by international students are the focus of this research capstone project, which was carried out within the framework of Cambrian College's commitment to diversity and inclusive education. It analyses the effectiveness of current support strategies, determines their unique needs for professional development, and makes actionable suggestions for improving their professionalism and networking skills. This study aims to empower international students throughout their academic journeys and prepare them for successful transitions into the global job market, in keeping with Cambrian College's commitment to inclusiveness and global education. This project supports ongoing efforts by universities and organisations around the world to give international students the resources and opportunities necessary for their success by emphasising the significance of holistic support.
