A pesquisa tem como objetivo contriubir para a elaboração de um trabalho cientifico, no ambito do Mestrado em Serviços Sociais- Riscos Sociais e Desenvolvimento Local, do Instituto Politecnico de Beja, requisitada pela UC- Etica em Serviços Sociais, pretende-se uma analise critica do livro do Americano Michael Sandel, sobre a tirania do merito, e será feita uma analise de acordo com a realidade Cabo Verdiana como forma deperceber influência dessa ideologia no sucesso ou fracasso dos jovens em Cabo Verde.
