As we care very much for our local community, we would like to find out how the last 3 months under Covid-9 lockdown have affected your mental and physical wellbeing.

  • Physical activity has been shown to have a strong and positive influence on mental wellbeing.
  • Research has also shown that physical activity can improve mood, reduce stress and anxiety and help prevent mental health problems. 
  • Some studies have demonstrated a causal relationship between good mental wellbeing and regularly consuming a healthy diet – in particular eating the recommended amount of fresh fruit and vegetables
