As we care very much for our local community, we would like to find out how the last 3 months under Covid-9 lockdown have affected your mental and physical wellbeing.
Physical activity has been shown to have a strong and positive influence on mental wellbeing.
Research has also shown that physical activity can improve mood, reduce stress and anxiety and help prevent mental health problems.
Some studies have demonstrated a causal relationship between good mental wellbeing and regularly consuming a healthy diet – in particular eating the recommended amount of fresh fruit and vegetables
