The following questionnaire is being administered to gain insight into the attitudes and preferences of e-commerce consumers regarding the implementation of last-mile drone delivery services in South Africa. This questionnaire forms part of a research study conducted for an honors marketing course at the University of Cape Town and therefore responses are solely used for academic purposes. This research survey has been approved by the ethics committee.
Participation in the research questionnaire is voluntary and you may withdraw from answering at any time, without any negative consequences. Because of the nature of the study, you will need to provide the researchers with some form of identifiable information, but all responses will be confidential and used for the purposes of this research only.
