Effects of Menstrual Cycle on Mood Swings

Dear Participant,

We thankfully invite you to take part in our survey which will help understand the relationship between mood swings and menstruation better. By your involvement, we hope to find the reasons behind sudden mood changes and the affects it can have on one’s mood swings.

Procedure:

You are provided with a short questionnaire that will not take more than 15 minutes of your time. It will ask you personal questions about your mood swings and menstrual cycle provides us with your comprehensive information on menstrual cycles and mood swings, respectively.

Confidentiality:

Your responses to our questionnaire are confidential. Your responses are anonymous and will only be used for the purpose of the study.

Voluntary Participation:

Your participation is your choice and you may exit the survey any time without any reprisal.

By doing the survey, you agree to take part in the study and that your responses will be used to assess the relationship between mood swings and menstrual cycles.
