Aus insgesamt 21 CRM Anbietern, haben nun - die letzten drei Anbieter: Hubspot, Salesforce und MS Dynamics 365 das Rennen gemacht.
Im Vorfeld wurde aus dem Requirement-Katalog unserer IT Abteilung sowohl die technischen, wie auch die funktionalen Anforderungen abgeklärt.
Für uns User bleibt nun die fast wichtigste Abklärung übrig. Mit welchem Tool wollen wir die Zukunft unseres CRM-Systems starten?
Der folgende Fragebogen füllt ihr insgesamt 3x aus. Mit euren Feedbacks, werden wir im Anschluss dazu mit unserer IT noch einmal die letztes Stresstests vornehmen, damit wir das bestmögliche CRM für in Zukunft migrieren können.
