Ortho Employee Engagment Survey Quarter 3

2018,  United States

Team:

Last March we reviewed the Employee Survey Results. Based on these results we identified 3 areas we would work on within our group. The areas identified at that time were:

1.       I believe feedback from this survey will be used to make improvements (in my work area)

2.       Balance of work/home life

3.       In my work area, people are held accountable for their performance

Improvements with this feedback included the development of “The Employee Engagement Team.” This team is a group of nursing, Ortho Techs, and MA’s all committed to making improvements and changes to assist the team as a whole.

They uncovered that the work/personal life balance issue was directed primarily towards FAST clinic and are looking at solutions to improve flow, patient experience, employee experience and overall care provided.
