Team:
Last March we reviewed the Employee Survey Results. Based on these results we identified 3 areas we would work on within our group. The areas identified at that time were:
1. I
believe feedback from this survey will be used to make improvements (in my work area)
2. Balance of work/home life
3. In
my work area, people are held accountable for their performance
Improvements with this feedback
included the development of “The Employee Engagement Team.” This team is a group of
nursing, Ortho Techs, and MA’s all committed to making improvements and changes
to assist the team as a whole.
They uncovered that the work/personal life balance issue was
directed primarily towards FAST clinic and are looking at solutions to improve
flow, patient experience, employee experience and overall care provided.

and please take any new ideas/information to your Employee Engagement
Representative.
