I posted a survey three weeks ago about swimming in Rio 2016. Regarding the biggest upset, We saw a pretty even split between two events: a) Joseph Schooling (Singapore) dethroning defending champion Michael Phelps (USA) in the 100m fly, who tied for 2nd with Chad le Clos (South Africa) and Laszlo Cseh (Hungary); b) Maya Dirado (USA) edging out top seed Katinka Hosszu (Hungary) in the 200m back while defending gold medalist Missy Franklin (USA) missed out on finals. Because of that dataset is small, I hope to see some splits with more responses or at least to learn some reasons for this event split.
