Thank you for taking the time to fill out this important survey that will help to improve and develop the firm and environment of each office. With this anonymous survey we will be gathering your thoughts, opinions and how you feel in order to understand and evaluate how you see Zavala Civitas.
It will take around 20 minutes to fill out. The survey will be composed of around 50 multiple choice questions. The questions will be statements which you will have to evaluate if you strongly agree or disagree with them based on a 5-point Likert scale. (1 being strongly disagree and 5- strongly agree). It is important to answer ALL questions in an honest manner.
The survey will be treated with outmost confidentiality and it will be anonymous. There will only be a demographic question so that when the results are analyzed there can be specific conclusions drawn for each office.
