Introduction

If asked, we each have quite varied views of what flexible working means. This survey is intended to help us form a picture of what flexible working might look like at this point in time for our current staff.

Flexible working is typically seen as:

  • Flexibility of Location; and/or
  • Flexibility of Hours; and/or
  • Flexibility of Employment Arrangements such as Part-Time or Job Share.

We are yet to really determine what is possible, but we are after your ideas on what you are looking for and how it might work. Please offer your ideas on what flexible working means for you, and what your preferences would be.

None of the questions are mandatory and can be answered anonymously, but we will get a much clearer picture if all questions are answered (with your role being particularly important) to understanding staff needs and desires.
