This QI project is part of a DNP Capstone project. The purpose of the project is to identify barriers encountered by NM/ANM that prevent patient rounding and to compare two implementation methods of nurse manager rounding (SMART sheet vs MyRounding) at MWHC. The intended outcome is sustainable NM/ANM rounding practices and to improve HCAPS scores at MWHC. Inclusion Criteria is all NM and ANM of inpatient units, Observation unit and the ED. The survey is a two part: pre and post survey, which is voluntary, anonymous and optional. You will need 5-10 minutes to complete each survey. Thank you for your time!
