Blackburn Research Study, Fall 2016: Gender Identity Awareness Inventory

Thank you for participating in the Gender Identity Awareness Survey! There are three sections of the survey. In the first section, you will be asked a series of questions about gender identity in general and your own gender identity. In the second section, you will be presented with a series of statements regarding Gender Roles and asked how much you agree or disagree with each statement. The final section is to provide us with your basic demographic information. All answers throughout the survey are completely anonymous and you may skip any questions that you do not want to answer. You may also quit the survey at any time. If you experience any discomfort from a statement or question in the survey, we encourage you to contact Tim Morenz in the Campus Counseling Center for guidance and support. Contact him by phone at 217-854-5759 or by email at More information and support on Transgender/Non-binary Gender Issues is available through the Center for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Advocacy Services (IDEAS).
