Clinical Leader Collaboration Inquiry

I'm scheduling weekly Clinical Leadership calls.  On them, we will discuss:

• Policy updates
• Personnel issues and team building
• Process improvement
• Regulatory guidance
• Leadership development in alignment with Aveanna Mission and values

I'd like to select some options that you'd prefer I choose for these weekly calls (to start).  We can determine frequency after the first couple months.  One of the weekly calls will be replaced with a "clincal all staff" call where we will invite all of our clinical supervisors to attend. That agenda will be set by this team, and you each will be given an opportunity to present, as well as suggesting topics for guest speakers.

Additionally, I will be setting up weekly 1:1's with you.  This will allow us to have something on the calendar to discuss issues that are important to you as well as your personal, professional development.

It's time to rebuild and strengthen our clinical teams across all locations so we can foster a spirit of growth, teamwork, and positivity.
