Hello to the recipients of the OSHP Pharmacist of the Year award!
It is an honor to chair the selection committee for this year’s award. A call for nominations was issued earlier this year. This year there have been a couple of changes with the nomination process. First, the nominees were asked to provide their recommendations in a standardized nomination form. Second, this year the nominee's name will not be provided with the nomination form. This change approved by the OSHP BOD was intended to ensure selection based on merits/nomination content instead of name recognition.
I am pleased to announce that we had three nominations submitted. Please review the narratives for the these nominees provided in the WORD/PDF document. Please cast your vote by FRIDAY, MARCH 1, to permit adequate time for award engraving.
As you may recall, the nominations and the outcome of the vote are confidential.
