It is important for us to highlight the amount of desinformation / information within society today, especially in the field of health, since information is now available to everyone, but without knowing whether it is reliable or not. What is an autoimmune disease?

There are many different types of immune system disorders, such as immunodeficiency disease, autoimmune disorders, and allergic disorders. Immunodeficiency disease occurs when there is some kind of defect in the immune response. Autoimmune disorders occur when the immune system does not recognize its own tissues and attacks them. Allergic disorders occur when the immune system overreacts to substances that are generally not harmful, such as pollen, mould, and certain foods.
