Integration of technology-based objective measures in the treatment of Parkinson's disease and other neurodegenerative diseases

"Technology-based objective measures (TOM)": Technology used to capture physical characteristics of pathological phenomena while evaluating quantitative and/or qualitative objective outcomes (e.g. accelerometers, surface EMG, etc.) The purpose of this survey is to study the potential uses of TOMs in neurodegenerative diseases. This is a short one-page survey that will take less than 5 minutes to complete.
