Compare the customer satisfaction of Full Service Airlines (FSC) and Low Cost Airlines (LCC) in Hong Kong

I am an undergraduate student from School of Continuing and Professional Education City University of Hong Kong (SCOPE) doing my dissertation by conducting survey on compare the customer satisfaction of Full Service Airlines (FSC) and Low Cost Airlines (LCC) in Hong Kong based on the significant competition. This survey seeks to understand the elements which customer satisfaction is based on from passenger’s view.
