BRCM SPEED:           SYNA STAFF PERFORMANCE EVALUATION, ENHANCEMENT & DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME


BRCM SPEED is BRCM School’s customized and personalized Performance enhancement program for the School Faculty to move towards a synchronization between their personal objectives and BRCM’s own long term mission of being the pre-eminent center of learning in the country producing future leaders with global perspective and an Indian ethos.


A.           OBJECTIVE

1             To set forth a set of clearly articulated and pre set goals for each faculty member.

2             To ensure, as far as possible, the alignment of individual goals to the School’s goals.

3             To evaluate individual performance based on predetermined and pre agreed goals and to provide feedback on the achievement of these goals.

4             To identify areas of individual development and develop the basis for personal and professional development.

5             To provide, in conjunction other factors, a basis for financial rewards

 

 

B.           GOAL SETTING

Goal Setting is the most critical constituent of SYNA SPEED.


It is the School’s obligation to set for each faculty member what it expects from him/her and this needs to be synchronized with the overall objectives that the School needs to achieve. Being a faculty member at the SIS:
