I am currently undertaking a Masters of Science degree in Property and Facilities at the University of Westminster. In fulfilment of my dissertation I am required to research a topic area. The topic I have chosen is ''The evolution of the NHS GP/Primary care estate'' I have prepared a very short questionnaire to gather relevant data specific to your application to the NHS England Transformation fund and would be grateful if you would take a few minutes of your time to complete it by clicking on the following link.
