THE EFFECTS OF APPS QUALITY ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND PURCHASE INTENTIONS (探討手機應用程式質素對客戶滿意度和購買意願的影響)

I am the student of Fashion & Textile Studies (Fashion & Textile Marketing and Merchandising Specialism) in Hong Kong Polytechnic University. This survey aims to investigate if and how respondents purchase intentions might be influenced by apps quality and their experiential satisfaction with apparel retail apps .
