The purpose of this survey is to gather opinions, viewpoints, experiences, and methods that Mental Health practitioners have about addiction and the treatment substance users participate in. The information gathered from this survey will be used in a paper that is being completed for a Group Counseling course in an Addictions Counselor certification program.
