The City of Gallup has authorized the project team comprised of Bohannan Huston and Dekker/Perich/Sabatini to update/rewrite the City’s Land Development Standards including the Zoning Code, Subdivision Regulations and Annexation Policies.
The Growth Management Plan, which serves as a policy document to guide decisions regarding the physical development of Gallup, provides direction for this effort.
The following questions are designed to help the project team identify issues in the current zoning code, subdivision regulations and annexation policies, and to frame more targeted questions to guide discussions during the upcoming meeting kick-off meetings.
