Early Childhood Education in Newfoundland and Labrador is currently finding itself in a very critical place. Although we have come a long way as a profession in the last few years, there are still difficulties and challenges being faced daily by licensees, administrators and ECEs all across the province. Recruitment and retention of qualified staff, huge wait lists for the ECE Distributed Learning program at CNA, ECEs who feel undervalued and over worked daily, the list goes on and on. Please complete the following survey and leave a comment at the end. Let us know what you feel the issues are and we can all work together to make childcare in Newfoundland and Labrador the best that it can be for everyone involved!
