I am currently a fourth year undergraduate student from the School of Geographical and Earth Sciences at the University of Glasgow. I am currently in the process of conducting a study for an Honours Geography Degree. I would be grateful if you would be able to answer this short survery for me in order for me to gain important research and information for my dissertation project.
The survey will take a maximum of 10 minutes and the questions relate to social media and recent terrorist events in the UK (Westminster/Manchester/London Bridge). For questions that require more detailed answers, I would be grateful for as much or as little detail as possible. Some questions you do not have to answer, and those in which you do will be marked. You do not have to pariticpate in this survey if you feel uncomforatble answering any of the questions at any time, feel free to close the survey and your answers will not be included in my research.
Any information that is collected as part of my research will be held confidentially, and participation can be anonymous. The information that is collected will be electronically stored onto a password protected computer and will only be able to be accessed by myself and the advisor to my dissertation. Once the dissertation is submitted and marked, all information will be destroyed, and if you provide information and later decide to withdraw, the same will apply.
If you require any further information or would like to contact me, please feel free to email me at: 2132660J@student.gla.ac.uk
