My name is Alessandra, I am a PSY3007S student at UCT, and welcome to my survey!
I am researching the outcomes of various study habits, and I would really appriciate it if you participated!
To take part in this survey, you need to be 18 years or older, and you need to have attended a university (either currently or in the past). There is no other exclusionary criteria!
All you need to do is answer this questionnaire. In it there are 12 statements about actions and feelings relating to study habits and recieving grades. You will be requested to answer how often you feel or do these things, ranging from "Never" to "Always". There are no right or wrong answers, so please try be as honest as possible.
This questionnaire is completely voluntary, and you are able to leave the survey at any time for any reason without any consiquences. If you do participate, your answers will be strictly confidential, and the data will be stored on a secure harddrive. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
