There are several studies conducted to investigate why employees quit their jobs in other contexts and to highlight the importance of sustainable performance in economic growth; however, fewer empirical work has been done to investigate the impact of turnover intention on sustainable performance due to social norms, ethics of care, relationship of supervisors and subordinates and between coworkers, power, and favoritism. So, this study investigates the impact of above independent variables on sustainable performance through mediating role of turnover intensions in the banking sector of Pakistan.
