We just got an offer to rerent the same unit at Venture Out for next year. They asked for $2,400 per month, and we countered with $2,250 (what we paid this year).
Should we get a favourable response, we'll probably want to take advantage. However, we do value our opinion. Please provide your responses so we can determine if we should book, and what dates to book for next year.
