You are invited to participate in a research study conducted by Harry Lockett, a Sixth Form student as part of the Extended Project Qualifcation. Before taking part, please read the following participant information sheet to ensure you understand the requirements of this research.
What is the purpose of this research? This survey will attempt to collect information regarding the etiology of Antisocial Personality Disorder for academic research.
Do I have to participate? It is entirely up to you if you wish to participate. Please note that some questions may concern sensitive issues that you do not have to answer in depth.
What will I have to do? You will be presented with a series of questions that will take 5-10 minutes to complete. Please ensure that you answer these questions truthfully throughout.
What if I change my mind? You are reminded that you have the right to withdraw from the research at any time simply by contacting myself. All of the information that you provide will be destroyed if you decide to withdraw.
Where will the results of the study be used? If you choose to participate, you are guaranteed complete anonymity and confidentiality. The results will be used in a dissertation for the Extended Project Qualification and will not be published anywhere else.
