Microsurgeons come in all shapes and sizes, with their own personalities and preferences. While many surgeons enjoy background music during surgery, some microsurgeons appear to feel that music is not appropriate during microsurgery and instead prefer to have complete silence.
With this survey, we hope to gain some insight into attitudes towards background music during microsurgery. We would also be interested in learning what type, if any, of music is preferred during microsurgery.
