Harm reduction and wellness supplies help prevent the spread of infectious diseases, reduce overdose deaths, and improve community health outcomes, which benefits everyone in Shelby County. These efforts lower healthcare costs and improve public safety for all Shelby County residents.

Family Support: Baby Diapers & Wipes
Safety: Deterra Drug Disposal Bag and Gun Locks
Support Services: Connection to resources
These supplies are purchased entirely with grant funds and donations designated for this purpose. No local tax dollars are used for this initiative.
The Health Department is conducting this short survey to see what other types of products our community would like to see included within the machine and Barney Boxes. All products are free to the community.
