中庭洗手水槽木櫃損壞已久，討論修繕規劃相關事宜>>>本年度因辦理多項重大工程修繕，費用支出甚多（如對講機更新工程等），惟經評估本屆管理費財務收支，為達平衡，原擬將水槽修繕列入區權大會討論交接，惟有社區住戶表示水槽木櫃周邊已腐爛，且嚴重損壞塌陷，為社區整體觀瞻不能再拖延，建議本屆管委會務必立即修繕，經討論決議會後即覓專業廠商報價並擇優辦理修繕。
