La planificación tributaria es de vital importancia en toda clase de empresa ya que mediante esto, se obtiene un mejor aprovechamiento de los beneficios consagrados en la ley, con lo que se puede obtener un cumplimiento oportuno de los deberes fiscales, además de esto es relevante la gestión tributaria ya que esto permitiraevitar multas y sanciones por el no pago o retraso alguno en el cumplimiento de los compromisos.
A continuación se planteará una entrevista a empresas del sector agroindustrial para identificar las causas del por qué no implementan los documentos electronicos en sus entidades, además de confirmar si estan evadiendo algún tipo de información en aspectos tributarios.
