This survey is being conducted as part of an academic exercise under the guidance of faculty for the subject Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The purpose of the survey is to understand respondents’ experiences and perspectives regarding digital banking, including aspects related to access, usage, and responsible banking practices.
Eligibility: You may participate if you:
Hold at least one active bank account, and
Have completed at least one digital banking activity—such as using a banking app, net banking, or OTP-based onboarding—within the last 12 months.
Please answer the questions based on your actual experiences. Certain sections of the survey are conditional on your earlier responses. If a question or subsection does not apply to your experience, please skip it rather than answering hypothetically.
For academic and data-management purposes, each completed questionnaire will be assigned a respondent ID (R-01 to R-30). Your name will not be recorded on the questionnaire. Any name-to-ID mapping required for administrative purposes will be maintained separately.
Your participation is voluntary, and there are no right or wrong answers. We request that you provide honest responses based on your personal experience. The information collected will be used solely for the purposes of this academic exercise.
