I am currently busy with my Bcom Business Management Studies.
As part of this study, I need to conduct a survey with regards to my chosen work based challenge. For this challenge, I have opted to use the viability of the mortgage originator wihtin the property development space.
FNB has a direct strategy, whereby they aim to decrease the dependency on the mortgage originator within this domain.
The results of this questionaire will give me a better understanding on what our own internal staff's views are in this regard.
