A Special Meeting of the members of Honeygo Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc. (the “Association”) was held on May 7, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at White Marsh Public Library, 8133 Sandpiper Circle, White Marsh, MD 21236, immediately prior to the HOA’s Annual Meeting. The purpose of the Special Meeting was to vote to adopt the enclosed proposed Amendment to Article II, Section 2.5 of the Association’s Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (the “Declaration”), which, if adopted, will change the provisions of the Declaration governing the erection, placement and maintenance of garden sheds, greenhouses and other accessory structures upon individual Lots in the Association.
