Have you used a number of the highly developed logic model approaches and formats in writing federal and foundation grants, only to find yourself failing miserably when attempting to use these models collaboratively with community partners? In this workshop, we will try a facilitated approach with an emphasis on visioning, grounded in appreciative inquiry and using common language to help a Prevention coalition develop a new logic model. This process we use can be easily customized to fit the needs of different groups.
