LAND ACQUISITION SURVEY-V/R

We are very pleased to present this questionnaire containing the unique services we wish to offer to health Workers at Volta Region. Access to land remains a serious challenge to Ghanaians and foreign dwellers in Ghana and this is largely due to the high cost of land, trust, low level of confidence in land vendors, litigation, and low-income level of the majority of the working force which impedes them to make a one-time payment for the acquisition of the land.

Having duly examined the market, we are confident that this survey will effectively help us address the need for health workers to meet their land needs at a relatively cheaper price which sometimes becomes a burden.

K.Zorre Properties Limited is committed to embarking on ‘’providing affordable and litigation free land’’ sales campaign across the capital town of Ho through a mutual market arrangement which will create a flexible payment term for health workers in Ghana.
