My name is Lea Kreutzfeldt and I have been granted permission by my line manager to conduct a survey. I am requesting your participation in an IT employee research survey. I am currently doing my BCom degree via the DaVinci Institute and this survey is necessary to gain a better understanding on Emotional Intelligence (EQ) in the IT Workplace.
