Iota Pi Omega - Audit Committee

Greetings Sorors,

Thank you for agreeing to serve on the Chapter's Audit Committee. The Audit Committee has been tasked with reviewing the Chapter's financial documents and reporting the committee's findings during the April Executive meeting. I should receive the documents soon. Upon receipt, we will establish a meeting date to preview and discuss Iota Pi Omega's financial documents. The committee will also determine individual assignments.The first meeting will be conducted in person. I am willing to host. 

In the meantime, please complete the enclosed survey meant to determine a suitable meeting date for the majority of the members. The committee can establish future meeting dates and times later (including virtual). Most of the proposed dates do not conflict with meetings already scheduled on the Chapter's calendar. 

Once the survey has been completed by all of the committee members, I will share the results. This will also serve to establish a quorum for meeting. I look forward to serving with you. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.
