Workers are titled to some basic rights, be it civil rights, labor rights or human rights, these rights are key features of a true democracy and needs to be practiced by every governing, it is a growing concern that the transporters are facing, it is not only problematic to this particular industry, but also to the entire logistics and dependent industries. The trucking industry can be said to be in a major crisis, and reforms are needed to regulate the working conditions of the workers, so that they do not feel overwhelmed and have proper mental health.
